What time does the players come to the stadium to train and work?
For professional basketball players, daily training is an important part of their ability to maintain competitive status and improve their technical level. So, what time do players usually come to the stadium to start training?
Generally speaking, most basketball clubs practice in the morning. This is because the air in the morning is fresh and there is sufficient oxygen, which is very beneficial to the activation and recovery of body functions.
